Wisdom Bytes: Spoken Dreams
Short wisdom bytes video.
Dreams are meant to be spoken because it is only when dreams are spoken, they are manifested. Opposition will rise when dreams are spoken because of the content of dreams, but speaking your dreams will put you on the path of their fulfillment. In Genesis Chapter 37 verses 6-10 Joseph had a dream which he spoke to his brothers and his father. His father rebuked him and his brothers despised him because of the content of the dream. In Genesis Chapter 37 verse 18, his brothers conspired against him, took him, threw him into a pit, and then sold him. Later, Joseph was placed in prison in Egypt, and because of spoken dreams Joseph fulfilled his purpose by saving Egypt and his family. In Genesis Chapter 40 verses 1-23 Pharoah’s Chief Butler and Chief Baker each had a dream in one night and they both spoke to Joseph and he interpreted their dreams and the dreams were fulfilled as it was interpreted. In Genesis Chapter 41 verses 1-27 Pharoah had a dream and he called all the wise men and magicians of Egypt but none of them with the exception of Joseph could interpret his dream. Pharoah spoke to Joseph about the dream and God gave Joseph the interpretation of the dream. We realize that had Joseph not spoken his dream he would not have fulfilled his purpose. Had the Chief Baker and the Chief Butler not spoken their dreams they would not have known their fate. And Had Pharoah not spoken his dream Egypt would not have been saved from famine. In spite of all opposition dreams are meant to be spoken, as to do so leads to their fulfillment.
